The 2024 Ford Bronco retains all of the basic assets of the mid-year 2023 model. Fans of Ford’s favored all-terrain SUV certainly won’t be disappointed. Available in two- and four-door configurations in six and nine different versions, respectively, the 2024 Bronco will still have everything it takes to keep its enthusiasts coming back for more.
With an approximate price range of $50 thousand (for the Big Bend version) to $115 thousand (for the Raptor version), the 2024 Bronco has received a few modifications in terms of packaging. For example, the base version will no longer be available, the Outer Banks version will only come in a four-door, the Big Bend version will only come with a 2.3 L engine, and the Badlands version (with the 2.3 L engine) will only be available with a manual transmission.
It’s also worth noting that the block heater will be an option on all versions, while two body colors, Code Orange and Area 51, will no longer be on the menu. On the other hand, Ford has added two new exterior colors, Shelter Green (exclusively for the Raptor) and Robin’s Egg Blue (for the Heritage Edition, subject to a surcharge).
The 2024 Ford Bronco will still offer the option of removing the roof. The roof may be a soft-top, a hardtop or double (in the case of the four-door models). In the two-door models, the hardtop will prevail. As for the Heritage and Heritage Limited Editions, a modular white hardtop will be standard equipment.
Additionally, a 12-inch LCD touchscreen will come standard on all versions. The same goes for connected navigation (with a one-year subscription) and the inclusion of off-road maps (with the mid-range package). There’s even an available app: Bronco Trail. Ford has also decided to combine the Premium and Deluxe packages.
The 2024 Ford Bronco will no longer include the front axle disconnect feature on the Big Bend, Black Diamond and Outer Banks versions. Conversely, the Towing Prep Package will now come standard on every version except the Raptor, with dealer-installed equipment for the towing package.
The Big Bend, Black Diamond and Outer Banks versions will feature an advanced 4WD system when ordered with the Sasquatch Package. Meanwhile, the Badlands, Wildtrak, Heritage, Heritage Limited, Everglades and Raptor versions will continue to come factory-equipped with this system.
